[News] Jang Keun Suk on IG, Twitter and in Media after Day 2 Osaka - 2017-07-04

It was a long and tiring weekend with Jang Keun Suk's CRISHOW ROCKUMENTARY in Osaka going on. So, today we're taking it a bit easy and trying to relax. Nevertheless, there's still news to let you know about.

First of all, Jang Keun Suk updated his IG account with this gorgeous photo of himself. It's one of those glamour shots that you only see in magazines. Even the soft focus of the camera lends an air of romance and subtle seduction to the photo. Boy, does this guy know how to aim directly at every Eels weakness! WOW!!! 😅😅😅 (By the way, did you the number three is JKS' favorite number? ㅋㅋㅋ)

Although many K-POP idols have started wearing "guyliner" since JKS began the trend with  his Let Me Cry video, only his eyes overwhelm us when he uses eyeliner. We're automatically drawn to his beautiful eyes.

Anyway, for his IG update. He probably took this photo shortly after his last performance. Normally, he doesn't wear eyeliner. But for CRISHOW ROCUMENTARY, it was required to emulate his previous Cri Shows. Regardless, the first impression upon seeing this photo is "Am I really living under the same sky as him?"

Second, and definitely not to be forgotten after the outstanding show JKS put on - and undoubtedly one extraordinarily superior to all his previous Cri Shows, according to Eels that attended- Jang Keun Suk's Official Japan Fan Club posted a tweet to thank all the Eels that attended his two shows in Osaka.

jksjapan大阪2日間ありがとうございました!また明日横浜でお会いしましょう
English translation: Osaka, thank you for the two days! See you again in Yokohama tomorrow.

Third, the AP Shibuya Shop handed JKS an album filled with notes that Eels had left him in the shop. A little background on this seems required.

On the second floor of the AP Shibuya Shop, the staff set up a station against a wall where Eels could write short notes to Keun Chan. The notes were attached to the wall and eventually covered most of it, one after another until they papered the entire wall. Keun Suk read them during one of the last times he visited the AP shop.

Some of you readers may know the fact behind his Shibayu shops while others don't. Jang Keun Suk owns his two Tokyo stores all by himself. They are not part of Tree J's holdings, unless he recently handed them over to Tree J. He wrote the business plans; obtained the funding himself; researched and contracted with the vendors, almost exclusively Korean manufacturing businesses at a time when Korean small and mid sized business were greatly suffering from the poor economic conditions in Korea; designed many of original items; and designed the shops. Here's another interesting fact. When Keun Suk bought his store properties in Shibuya, the area was just beginning the process of renovation. Previously, it had been a run-down area of Tokyo. But Kuen Suk saw the potential and bought. Now, Shibayu is one of the hottest shopping areas of Tokyo and attracts tourists from all over the globe.

Anyway, about the AP Shop album and notes Eels left for him on the wall in the AP Shop. The shop's staff decided to take all of the existing ones down to make room for more notes and put the notes into an album for Keun Suk. They, then, hand delivered that album to Keun Suk in Osaka. Here's what the AP Shubuya Shop tweeted.

English translation: We gave an album that summarizes everyone's message to Jang Keun Suk himself during the Osaka performance the other day! He happily read the messages from you carefully, one by one. He is looking forward to the performance in Yokohama starting tomorrow! Please leave a message on the 2nd floor of the APS by all means.

[Edit note: this is a Google iTranslate translation so we hope it's fairly accurate. Currently, we don't have a Japanese translator on our staff.]

Fourth, Koari posted an article on Day 2 in Osaka. We'll translate the article and post it separately. For now, though, here are the photos that accompanied the article. By the way, in case your wondering about his hair suddenly being blonde, he told his audience that he dyed his hair blonde specifically for CRISHOW ROCKUMENTARY. Shades (memories) of the past! Remember the blonde hair extensions he had weaved into his hair in Cri Show 2? Well.....

As they say, stay tune for more coming up!
