[article] Jang Keun Suk's Cri-J donations make the news - 2017-10-18

Newsen (a Korean newspaper) published a story about Cri-J's donations from the 5th Annual Sharing Birthday Exhibition.





Cri J has donated 16 million won to Snail of Love for hearing impaired children. In Nov., Snail of Love will select children for an artificial collar implant. Additionally, Cri-J donated 10 million won for speech rehabilitation treatment expenses.

Excerpt from article:

“An official for the fan club said, ‘It is very unfortunate that two or three out of every 1,000 newborn babies are born with hearing loss and are not able to hear… With the artificial cochlear implant surgery, I hope [they] can grow up children who can dream colorful dreams.’

Cho Young-woon, secretary of the Snail of Love, said, ’It s very meaningful that children who gain their hearing have an opportunity to have an infinite dream, and it is the greatest happiness i life.’ ‘I hope many hearing impaired people will be supported by artificial cochlear implant surgery.’ ”

Meanwhile, Cri J has been volunteering every month at the Sangsin garden and child nursing facility at Namsan Park. … And they have actively prorating sharing volunteer activities in the Seowall area whenever work needs to be done.
