[Video] Jang Keun Suk Training & Exercise Program - 2017

Jang Keun Suk has taken up a strength training and exercise regime to aid in his dieting. Combing both his exercise program and diet over the last few months have enabled him to lose the weight he wanted as well as building up his muscles and stamina.

JKS: Recently l've found how fun it is to lose weight. I work out 2 hours each every morning and evening.

I'll tell you once again. This is impossible (unbelievable)!
